THE RESIDENCES AT LAKE WACO

For The Residences at Lake Waco, LMDC brought the ambience of lakeside living into the clubhouse at this Seniors community. The design includes wood flooring with light and dark planks to resemble a boat dock; a soaring center wall in the media lounge wrapped in weathered wood laminate to recall the pilings of a pier; and stone countertops in the entertainment kitchen that mimic fossilized rock. The project encompassed design of all interior and exterior amenity spaces, as well as management offices. Subtle nods to Baylor University appear throughout, especially in the color scheme.
