THE GOODWYNN AT TOWN BROOKHAVEN

The Goodwynn is a 7-story midrise located in the affluent Atlanta suburb of Brookhaven. Designed with art deco graphics and signage, the community required equally bold interiors for consistent branding. LMDC created an elegant and extravagant first floor lobby with appointments as rich as the era itself. Metallic walls throughout add drama, while shimmering fabrics and furnishings capture the glitz and glam of the period. Though minimal remodeling was needed, all finishes, paint, flooring and most lighting was changed. LMDC updated two large lobbies, a game space, the clubhouse, leasing offices and a cabana room, adding vintage arcade games and classic artwork to further evoke the art deco era. A rooftop lounge is in the works to top off this extensive and extravagant remodel.
