MODERN METROPOLITAN

A modern yet elegant interior was the solution for this two-bedroom highrise home with sweeping city views and a wraparound balcony. Starting with an open concept floor plan, LMDC artfully divided the space into living and dining areas using deep blue and rich brass to unify the scheme. A curvilinear dining table echoes the arc of the glass walls while a large sofa/lounger anchors the living area. Muted tones blend harmoniously throughout the clean understated interior. The owners not only trusted LMDC to deliver their vision; they also inspired her to form D IV, a non-profit organization that improves lives through interior design.
