LOFTS AT THE BALLPARK

Originally built with dark concrete floors, the challenge at Lofts at the Ballpark was to brighten the space and segment the open floorplan. LMDC used many of the original furnishings from the vintage 2001 model apartment to create open yet defined living, dining, working and sleeping areas, all united through a soothing palette of blues, lavender and teal. As this property borders Minute Maid Park, baseball memorabilia were incorporated into the accessories, including an accent table in the living room made from a stadium light bulb.
