LEWISVILLE ESTATES

At Lewisville Estates, an assisted living facility north of Dallas, Texas, LMDC designed a serene piano parlor and adjacent dining room in soothing shades of blue and beige. Created so residents can enjoy impromptu concerts and be serenaded at mealtimes, the piano parlor also features an aquarium for added tranquility. The dining room seats 200.
