GRACIE SQUARE

Gracie Square had been flooded and vacant for over a decade when it was purchased and totally rehabbed by a new owner. As part of the renovation, LMDC was retained to stage two models—a two-bedroom apartment and a three-bedroom townhome. Working with a slim budget for so much space, LMDC successfully outfitted both units with modern and vintage furnishings in keeping with the community’s history. Gracie Square is a perfect example of how market knowledge and creative purchasing can stretch interior design dollars to the max.
