ARIUM SUNRISE

Located in a resort area outside of Fort Lauderdale, ARIUM Sunrise features an elegant clubhouse lobby with a light and airy interior. LMDC designed the clubhouse interiors to both “bring the outdoors in” and to incorporate the signature blue color of the developer’s portfolio. Faux wicker and woven materials are prominent in furnishings and floorcoverings, while references to driftwood occur in occasional seating, accessories and painted accents. In contrast, deep “Carroll Blue” permeates an adjoining seating area, creating the feeling of a starry seaside night following a bright and sunny day at the shore.
